I reserve your appointment time just for you.
To keep things fair for all clients:
Cancellations or reschedules made 48 hours or more before your appointment: no fee.
Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before your appointment: 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.
No‑shows and same day cancelations (not arriving to your appointment without notice): 100% of the scheduled service will be charged.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened so I can remain on time for the next client, and the full session fee will still apply.
By booking an appointment, you agree to this cancellation policy.
