What to Expect upon Arrival

Welcome to Massage by Keeva! We're delighted that you've chosen us for your relaxation and wellness needs. Here's what you can expect when you visit us:

Limited Street Signage: Please be aware that there is no signage directly visible from the street indicating Massage by Keeva's location. However, keep an eye out for our distinctive A-frame sign at the entrance of Anastasia's Health and Wellness Center.
Shared Shopping Center: We are located within Anastasia's Health and Wellness Center, alongside other businesses such as The Partys Here and Reclaimed Cottage. While some businesses in the center may have signs directly visible from the road, please note that Massage by Keeva's storefront may not be immediately apparent.
Arriving to a Locked Door: As we do not have a receptionist and operate on an appointment-only basis, you may occasionally arrive early to find our door locked. This measure is in place to ensure the safety and privacy of both our licensed massage therapists (LMTs) and clients during sessions. The door will be unlocked at least 5 min before your session. Rest assured, once inside, you'll find Massage by Keeva located just past the lobby, the first door on the right.
Lobby Waiting Area: If you arrive to an unlocked door, please make yourself comfortable in our lobby area. You're welcome to use the restroom, located in the back right corner of the building, while you wait for your therapist to greet you.
Parking: Parking at Anastasia's Health and Wellness Center is available on a first-come, first-served basis. However, our spacious lot is accommodating and usually has ample space for all visitors.
Appointment-Based Service: At Massage by Keeva, we operate solely by appointment to ensure each client receives the attention and care they deserve. Please schedule your appointment in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
Relaxation and Wellness: Once inside, expect a serene and calming environment where you can unwind and focus on your well-being. Our licensed massage therapists are dedicated to providing you with a rejuvenating experience tailored to your needs.

What to Expect During Your Massage

At Massage by Keeva, we want to ensure you have a comfortable and rejuvenating experience during your session. Here's what you can expect:

Warm Greeting: Your licensed massage therapist will warmly greet you upon arrival and guide you to the treatment room.
Consultation: Before the session begins, your therapist will engage in a brief consultation to understand your specific needs. They will inquire about any focus areas you may have, your goals for the session, areas you'd like to avoid, and whether you prefer a quiet environment.
Preparation: After the initial chat, your therapist will step out of the room to allow you privacy to dress down to your comfort level. Most clients choose to remove all clothing except their underwear. You will then lie face down on the massage table underneath the provided drape and blanket.
Privacy and Comfort: Your privacy and comfort are our top priorities. You will be completely covered with the exception of the area being treated. For example, if the focus is on your left leg, only your left leg will be exposed while the rest of your body remains securely covered by the sheet and blanket.
Focused Treatment: During the massage, your therapist will focus on addressing your specific concerns and goals. They will utilize various techniques to alleviate tension, reduce stress, and promote relaxation.
Open Communication: Throughout the session, feel free to communicate with your therapist about pressure preferences, comfort level, or any adjustments you may need. Your feedback is valuable and helps ensure a customized experience tailored to your needs.
Post-Massage Care: After the session, your therapist may provide guidance on post-massage care, such as hydration recommendations or stretches to maintain the benefits of your massage.
